Sounds cute but it needs sugar [I read your luck potion, more sugar] unless you're wanting to make something like marshmallow icing and the sweetness comes from the frosting and not the cake. I don't see the point, outside of a ''magical'' birthday cake, but it doesn't have a direct goal. I really like the idea, though. Plus, you could charge the items with energy as you bake the cake, visualize your desired intention as you stir the batter, maybe say a chant as you ice the cake.

Kitchen magick is choosing items for their Magikal properties and setting your intention as you make it. You would not bake a cake then end it with ''ps, add magic.'' The point of kitchen witchcraft is to focus on the Magik in the ingredients and be mindful of the Magik you are using. Even stirring is important. Clockwise to bring things towards you, counterclockwise to send them away. Chanting as you place it in the over would make more sense than the afterthought this spell uses. I am unsure how this cake would tase, but you can bake a cake with Magikal intent.
