How to Meditate
This shows you how to meditate.

First, you should either lie down or sit (I would suggest lying down).

Close your eyes and stare into the darkness. If thoughts come, just send them away. Don't think. If this helps, maybe you can imagine yourself in a peaceful place.

Keep your eyes closed. When you're done meditating, open your eyes slowly. You should feel relaxed and refreshed.
