It's a good idea to wake up at least close to Sun rise. This will make it so that you're going with the natural flow of the day. When you wake up at this time you feel aligned with the day.

Think positive thoughts when you wake up. This will affect how your mindset flows throughout your whole day. Thinking positive will also manifest your goals and achievements throughout the day.

Meditating is also a great way to start out the day. It helps you think clearly about situations and focus on manifesting good things. When you don't clear your mind in the morning you may feel crazy mixed up throughout the day.
