Light Body Meditation Part 3
The fifth, and last, step in light body meditation.

Fifth Step

Now in your own time feel the core star and visualize that the core star is spinning at your center . You should begin to imagine in your mind that the light energy is spreading out and through your physical body. By this step, you should feel that light energy is moving throughout you.

Remember: the key is practice. The more you practice each of these steps, the more comfortable with this process you will be. A meditation like this one takes time and effort, so do not be discouraged if it does not come easily at first.

By using this, you should notice an increased awarenesss of yourself and an appreciation for the various types of energies flowing through you. You can now utilize these energies, that you may have been unaware of, for whatever purpose you deem fit.
