Is Philip Carr-Gomm a good author to start out with to read about druidry. I want to know because two of his books on amazon are cheap and I'm on a 10 dollar budget.

Philip is a psychotherapist as his 'day job' so his take on druidry has more emphasis on personal development with an ecological/Celtic flavour. It's not my cup of tea, but you could have a look at the OBOD website (druidry.org) to get an idea of his approach.
