I could really use some help with staying calm in these trying times. The destruction of nature is all around me. It is everywhere I look. Any advice on how to hold it together? I really don't need unwanted 'spellover' (for lack of a better term). I am 43. I have been down this road too many times and lately I can feel it building again.

A bit of history so you can better understand what I am up against. Aside from the usual feelings of connectedness to weather patterns and most living energies I have had other events. When I was 7 my bedroom was hit by a bolt of lightning while I slept. When I went into the military I was put into weather after going in as open general. While that means basically nothing there was a day... March 1st, 1997 when I was at work on Little Rock AFB in the North Eastern corner of Pulaski County, AR. Feel free to look up the tornado tracks as the details of this unfortunate tragedy are readily available on the internet. My third example is probably the hardest for me to believe because I have no real proof or reference. My girlfriend and I were having a fight and she walked out before resolution. I didn't want her to go. It started raining, hard, and her windshield wipers would not work. She came back in and we resolved the fight. She asked me straight out without prompting how I had done that. This was about 15 years ago and I thought she was joking. Besides, even if I did believe it was possible I had no answer. Still don't. We went back out to her vehicle and it rained lightly with the sun shining. Good thing her windshield wipers worked again. These are 3 examples picked from many. Believe me or not. I have taken the long road to learn that people only believe what they want and I am tired of all the convincing at this point. But if anyone here has a viable suggestion for me and wants to be truly helpful I would greatly appreciate it.

It sounds to me like a lot of different events being taken as meaningful coincidence. You have no more or less connection to nature than any other human being. Malfunctioning wipers can easily be caused by an emotional person behaving differently that normal -- that is not correctly activating them.

If you are experiencing anxiety because of things you cannot control, you need to learn to co trol yourself. Whether that is through practice or professional help it is your decision.

Staying calm can only be achieved when you live in the present. Being at peace means that you have to accept who you are and embrace you're ability. I am not saying that it is easy. You are free to read my profile. Meditation helps and practice will help. Practicing your ability in a normal situation, helps to control your ability in a stressfull situation. Step 1 could be: Meditate and try to feel weather and energy patterns.

Hello, firstly I would like to say that I am not tuned into weather...but I believe that individuals can be and you sound like you do in fact have that gift....so need to convince me. .

I do however work with energy and I believe that this could be something that may be able to help you. No spells necessary lol. Firstly, I would strongly suggest if you do not do so regularly, to do a very good grounding daily. Next, I would suggest you close off your energies morning and night. I would be happy to skype with you the first time to show you how to ground if you do not know how to do it. Also, I can send you an excellent close off prayer/mantra to harness your energy. Just pm me please. Lastly, to better understand your weather manipulation, I would suggest the following. Try and remember as many incidents that you can. Log them down. When...time of year if you don't remember dates, incident that happened, rain storm, twister etc. and here is where it gets interesting....how YOU WERE FEELING at the time. You may also want to write where you were, who you were with and what was happening right before the incident as you did in the example. Once you see a pattern, you will be able to better understand how to control it.
