There are several ways you can go about it. There are many sites that are devoted to the medicinal use of herbs. A google search should render a sufficient number to get you started. There are also several books in .pdf format that are available as a free download. You can also look through tumblr blogs. Many witches post blogs. Pinterest is another source you can search. The information really isn't that hard to find.

The herbalist's bible is an excellent book;
https://www.amazon.ca/Herbalists-Bible-Parkinsons-Classic-Rediscovered/dp/1629146943

As is Rosemary Gladstar's Medicinal Herbs: A Beginner's Guide;
https://www.amazon.ca/Rosemary-Gladstars-Medicinal-Herbs-Beginners/dp/1612120059/ref=pd_cp_14_1/130-8841174-8489640?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=2D3SS94XC2EEQW8JRXNQ

For energy working I recommend Hands of Light by barbara Ann brennan;
https://www.amazon.ca/Hands-Light-Healing-Through-Energy/dp/0553345397

or Eastern Body Western Mind by Anodea Judith;
https://www.audible.com/pd/Self-Development/Eastern-Body-Western-Mind-Audiobook/B01LX8SGIQ?mkwid=DSATitle_dc&pcrid=158258695635&pmt=b&pkw=&source_code=GO1GB907OSH060513&cvosrc=ppc%20dynamic%20search.google.97175169&cvo_crid=158258695635&cvo_pid=5075902449&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI4Oy40KHl1QIVBQlpCh0p7woHEAAYASAAEgJYMfD_BwE

(sorry about the insanely long link on the last one)

In the end, anything you can get your hands on involving Wholistic medicine, herbs, reiki, energy working, and even a smattering of psychology would all prove invaluable.

Hello, ylyndar. I would suggest buying books on the subject off of amazon or other trusted services. There are thousands of pages, articals, and rescouses online, so spending an hour or two on google can help you learn an insane amount within very little time. Good luck, ~Farina
