Witch is a gender neutral term. ''Wizard potential'' isn't really a thing. Even if it was, it simply isn't possible to control the wind with spells like this. There are cultures that have rituals to influence weather, but those rituals tend to involve a lot of energy and people and aren't a guarantee. Weather spells that are this simple are fake.
That's cool dont litsen to @Rhododendron to do magick you have to have belif and he or she isn't believing that much and it does work because scientist prove we don't use our brain that much we use it as little as 2% but if you meditate a lot you can open your mind more also the term wizard you can use for male witches you can use witch too but some males rather wizard so yeah live a great life -from your fellow witch
Rhododendron is speaking sense. there are cultures who believe they can control the weather, weather spells are a bit of a grey area in the community, but they would require a lot of energy to work. as for the only using 2% [ignoring the fact most go with 10%] it's a myth. we use our whole brain to function. not ''excersing'' it regularly, poor diet, and genetics predisposition to neurological illnesses can weaken the brain function, but it still functions at 100%. finally, ''wizard'' isn't a commonly used term, ''witch'' is the more common, gener neutral, term used in the pagan community.
